What’s the weirdest/most interesting job you’ve ever had?

The most interesting job that I have ever had has been babysitting. You never know how much you will get to learn about the world and about a young child’s mind until you get to spend time with them in an environment that is laid back and they have the freedom to spend their time how they would like.

What is your favorite place to vacation?

My parents currently own a lot at Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Portage, Indiana. My mom has gone there since she was a little kid and I plan to continue the tradition when I begin to have children. It has always been my favorite place to be.

Who was the most influential person in your life?

The most influential person in my life is my mom. She has always been there to support me, as well as my two siblings. She was a stay at home mom who decided to go back to college while we were in school. She then became a teacher’s aide for the same district that I have the honor of student teaching.

If you could meet any historical figure which one would it be?

If I could meet any historical figure, I would choose to meet Harry Houdini. When I was in elementary school, I was assigned to report on Harry Houdini and became extremely fascinated with him.

What was your favorite childhood toy?

My favorite childhood toy was a purple cat that I had named Kitty. I can remember walking into Toys “R” Us and going straight to the stuffed animal section. It only took me a moment to pick out the purple cat, because purple has always been my favorite color.
