At Southwest this year, we are working on our D124 Learner Characteristics. Every day, teachers and staff are working on developing this capacity in our students. Throughout the year, we will recognize our students as they begin to demonstrate the characteristics of a “D124 Learner”. For each of the characteristics, students will receive a sticker for repeated demonstration of these behaviors. See some pictures of our students putting their stickers below.
